Tahu gak, saking pemalasnya saya, ini kudapan ternyata dibikin tanggal 29/03/2014 dan baru di post tahun 2018,.....kereeeeen gak tuh,...hihihi....
Dan masih banyak foto jepretan hasil nguprek yang belum di share di sini,...
Untungnya disetiap bebikin, saya selalu menyempatkan menulis di buku primbon. Maksudnya biar ga lupa sih,..
Kudapan ini banyak ditemukan disetiap hajatan, bersanding dengan beberapa makanan tradisional seperti nagasari, mendut, jadah, wajik. Dan saya suka banget. Kalo di Semarang, kudapan ini namanya Awug awug. Makanan tradisional berbahan dari sagu, dan kelapa. Biasanya dibungkus segitiga. Tapi ya terserah yang bikin juga sih,bahkan sekarang ada yang dicetak pake cetakan agar agar biar kekinian. Cuman kalo memakai daun tuh, aromanya berasa gimana gitu, lebih sedap,.....

AWUG AWUG
Bahan:
- 250 gram sagu mutiara
- 1/2 butir kelapa, parut kasar
- 150 gram gula pasir
- 2 sdm tepung sagu
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 1/2 sdt vanili
- daun pisang, untuk membungkus
- Rendam sagu mutiara di dalam air panas. Diamkan selama 1- 1.5 jam. Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Campur semua bahan. Aduk rata. Ambil daun pisang. Bentuk contong. Beri adonan. Semat dengan lidi.
- Kukus di atas api sedang 40 menit sampai matang.
