Cumi lombok ijo

Assalamualaikum,

Tidak terasa sudah memasuki bulan terakhir di tahun 2018.
Time is fliest...
Weekend kali ini gak kemana mana gaes, setelah 2 minggu berturut turut going out . 
2 pekan lalu kami sekeluarga mudik ke Puerto rico eeeh...Purwokerto, kota kelahiran Ibu. Sebetulnya bukan kota kelahiran beliau sih, lebih tepatnya kota beliau dibesarkan,.. 
Ibu lahir di Jakarta, kemudian bermukim di Purwokerto sebagai kota terakhir mbah kakung berdinas.
Kemudian, sepekan lalu, sehari full reuni dengan teman teman Expero / SMP 2 Semarang di Balemong resort

Seperti 5 tahun lalu, lagi lagi dipercaya sebagai panitia seksi konsumsi,..teteeep yaaa,.gak jauh jauh dari profesi tukang kueh,...hihihi..
Sebetulnya tugas kali ini lebih ringan dibanding 5 tahun lalu, karena semua makanan diarrange oleh pihak resort. Saya cuman sekedar memilih menu dan mengawasi sambil berhai hai dengan teman teman. Kalau tahun lalu, karena selain reuni juga mengadakan kegiatan sunat massal dan motivator class, jadi kebayang kan ribednya, mana semua konsumsi dipesan dari bermacam macam vendor.
Tapiiiinya, tetap yaaa , badan rasanya gempor maksimal.
Rasa lelah berbuah bahagia, karena alhamdulillah semua acara berjalan lancar. andai ada beberapa mis, bisa dimaklumi, karena waktunya super mepet.

Naaaaah, karena memasuki minggu Penilaian Akhir semester 1, schedulenya adalah stay at home dan masak komplit,...hihihi...
Tetap cari menu yang gak pake ribed. Dan menunya adalaah...jeeeeeng,....jreeeeeeng (sound film horor ) ...CUMI Lombok Ijo, sayur bayam dan puding jagung.
Resepnya ala cemplang cemplung aja yaaa...
 1 kg cumicumi segar
 Cabe Ijo 
 Bawang bombay
 Bawang putih
 Bawang merah
 Tomat hijau
 Daun jeruk 
 Saus tiram
 Sedikit Saus sambal 

 Cara :
 Bersihkan cumi dari tinta dan potong sesuai selera. Rendam dalam   air panas 10 menit. Tiriskan
 Tumis semua bahan diatas.
 Masukkan cumi dan test rasa.

 Mudah masaknya, cepatnya habisnya,...
